Ted Hampson


Ted graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995 with a B.S. Degree in civil engineering. He subsequently graduated from SIU Carbondale College of Law in 2000, obtaining a Juris Doctorate.

In 2003, Ted earned his Masters in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. Ted was admitted to practice law in The State of Illinois, as well as, the United States District Court, Southern District of Illinois. Ted was a State’s Attorney in Winnebago County (Rockford).

Ted’s practice has an emphasis in aggravated traffic matters such as Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Revoked and/or Suspended. He also practices in other areas of traffic law and in business law. Ted has been appointed special prosecutor in many instances.

Ted is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Williamson County State Bar Association. Ted was Vice President of the Williamson County Bar Association in 2009.
